With our suites you have many options to choose from. We provide move in ready suites that come fully furnished with the options of a sink and cabinetry. We also have unfurnished suites ready for you to personalize for your brand. Beauty essentials such as styling chairs, hair dryers etc. are available upon request.
Can I personalize and decorate my salon suite?
Absolutely! Beauty professionals are encouraged to personalize and decorate their salon suites to create a unique and welcoming space that reflects their brand and style. Major changes must get approval from management.
What amenities are available in the shared spaces at Vive Salon Suites?
We provide convenient shared amenities like a communal shampoo and dryer area, on-site laundry facility and a welcoming reception area.
What are the lease terms and costs for renting a salon suite?
Lease terms and costs vary based on the specific suite and amenities. Discuss leasing details, including terms and costs, directly with the management team at Vive Salon Suites.
What forms of payment is accepted for rent?
Rent is collected via our secure online payment system. We do not accept cash, money orders, or personal checks

Our rental system is easy and simple.

What’s included in the suite lease?
Your rent includes keyless entry pad with 24 hr access, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, maintenance of common areas, access to the laundry area, waiting area, directory listing and 24/7 security camera system.
**Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.
What do I need to open my business at VIVE Salon Suites?
The city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license.
The Georgia Cosmetology State Board requires all licensed Cosmetologists, Estheticians & Nail Techs to have a salon license. Braiders do not need to be licensed but must have a business license.
